Mosaic believes in offering a great working environment to its family. We at Mosaic not only measure the success rate of employees in meeting their daily targets, but also make sure that all Mosemps have a gala time working for Mosaic. A HIGH happiness quotient for every Mosemp is what we aim at in Mosaic.
To ensure that we meet our aim to keep our employees happy and bonded, we have formed a team, known as Cultural Committee (CC).
The Cultural Committee organizes a number of activities every month, for all Mosemps. These activities demand the participation of every employee and hence, act as a great platform to bring people face-to-face, who otherwise do not find time to interact with one another in their daily routine.
The CC activities revolve around fun and merry making. People come together, play games, participate in competitions, engage in fun activities, party, and laugh their heart out. They rejuvenate themselves through monthly CC activities and then hit the work floor again, feeling completely relaxed and above all, proud of being a part of the great Mosaic Family.
