Google+ Pages now open for businesses and places

Google is now allowing businesses and brands to participate in its Google+ social network through new Google+ Pages. Now businesses are welcome on the site, through the new Google+ Pages program. They will be able to create Google+ pages for themselves using a tool that is known as Create A Tool.

Latest duplicate content policy of Google

Google is trying to manage their risk and reach a balance between being user-friendly and managing violations to copyright infringement. The latest change by Google in terms of algorithm pertains to copy right laws and content duplicacy policy in their long revised duplicate content policy.

Yahoo Site Explorer Ends Today

For millions of yahoo site explorers out there, today is the last day you will be able to use your favourite yahoo’s site explorer tool.


Yahoo announced late on Friday that they are closing it down. Site Explorer services will not be available from November 21, 2011.

Increase your audience with Google+

During the PubCon keynote Hot Google Topics & Trends Matt Cutts & Amit Singhal Matt Cutts talked about the changes in the algorithm that will be taking place in 2012. Of all, the most significant change that stood out was that the content position on a page is now going to be a ranking factor on Google.
