Google recently announced the completion of its Caffeine Project. According to Google, Caffeine is the largest collection of web content that Google can offer. It would offer the freshest search results compared to that offered by its current search index.
Be it a blog or forum post or any news story, Google Caffeine would always deliver you the fresh results. The idea behind Google Caffeine is to highlight the real-time search results. What makes Caffeine so very different from Google’s current search index is that these results are not really the live web content but rather, Google’s index of the web.
According to Google, Caffeine was created to keep up with the rapid evolution of the web, and at the same time, to meet the ever-increasing user expectations. Google analyzed the web in small portions and updated its search index continuously. Caffeine allows Google to index web pages on a huge scale and process hundreds of web pages simultaneously.
